Getting started

The past two days have been really great for me as far as breaking through the lack of inspiration...The first day was pretty crappy doing work that had nothing to do with where I wanted to go finally I saw that and got back to the place tha I wanted to go...luckily I hadn't gone to far from my original plan to get me too far in art that was ridiculous. I working hard to find the pace that will keep me creating good art. And the group I am involved in are about to have a website (continued...)

Still having a little difficulty getting the gears moving and I think that I may just have to watch girl with the pearl necklace or hope springs or even great expectations in order to get the rush back into the art fever. Did you ever notice that its times that you truely want to do something the mind shuts down and denies you but when your not even expecting it at all the the true great pieces emerge maybe that is just me and I am a nut job but I hope that I am not the only one. lack of motivation

Today I'm looking for a little inspiration and a little motivation...I have a plan in a skeleton form but the meat of it all is still missing. I find that when it comes down to getting down to work I can't seem to take that first step and that is the step that will start the tumble weed of creative juices rolling and flowing. Has anyone else felt like it would take a great force to get you off your butt and start making art? What are some things you have done to get out of the (continued...)
