Insider the mind of an outsider artist

I have been wondering lately about Outsider Art. You know, that catch all pigeion hole that collects everything and everyone under the unbrella of a safe category. I have defended my "place" as an outsider. (Dare I make the confession public?) I have a degree in Art. Yes, that means that according to some experts and collectors that I am underserving of the catagory: OUTSIDER! I was excluded some years back from being included in a group because of this.
